How do I put the head from one photo on the body of another - pictures of me on another body
Is there even without the help of Photoshop on the head of an image in the body to bring in the other, as with painting or Picnik, or what?

It would be very hard to describe, but it would be possible. You need the freeform selection tool, careful monitoring of the head, then placed in the body
